Hello, good day,
I am N***** C****. My spouse I**** C****, my daughter F******* C****, and I traveled together.
Our ticket number is SGM3UR for the flight on 19.12.2023.
Unfortunately, we encountered an issue on our return flight on 04.01.2024. Our return flight did not take place as scheduled and was delayed by one day. This caused significant inconvenience, especially since I had undergone surgery and had to stay in a hotel, which disrupted all my plans in the country I was traveling to. We were also made to wait for hours and experienced further inconvenience at the hotel. We were told what we could and couldn't eat, which was not acceptable for a company of this size. We frequently fly with THY, and I kindly request compensation for this situation.
