Turkish Airlines Overbooking Issue on Lisbon-Istanbul Flight

On April 14, 2024, my wife and I were unable to board the Lisbon-Istanbul flight TK-1760 due to overbooking by THY. As a result, the compensation amount of €400 each (totaling €800) has not been paid to us as of today.

The same situation applies to my spouse.
My wife's feedback numbers are TK-10674863 and TK-10700549 (Oz*** El****).
Despite being informed by THY that the payment would be made in ₺, it has still not been processed. It is unclear why THY, a record-breaking company, maintains such a negligent relationship with its customers. While we paid for our tickets in cash and immediately, we now have to plead to receive the compensation. I request that the payment be made promptly.
