Hello, on December 21, 2023, we booked a flight with Turkish Airlines (THY) for flight TK699 from Sharm El Sheikh to Istanbul Airport, with reservation number USVN65. According to the provided information, we were present at the airport one hour before the departure time. However, we were not allowed to board the plane after failing to pass the security check, which caused us significant inconvenience. Additionally, I would like to mention that the flight, scheduled to depart at 03:40, actually took off at 04:10. I am requesting a resolution for this inconvenience. We had to purchase new tickets. I request the review of camera footage and the evaluation of the security personnel's behavior at that moment, as their conduct was truly disturbing and they did not assist us. Due to our lack of language skills, we couldn't find anyone to communicate with. As a result, we are requesting a refund for the flight ticket.
