On 08.12.2023 at 16:56, I purchased flight tickets with PNR code U2AYIP-UHCV6M for myself, my wife, and my daughter. On 11.12.2023, we found out that my daughter has a serious health condition. We were referred to various departments by the doctor for detailed examination procedures. Since these procedures will take a long time, we informed enuygun.com customer service that we would not be able to take the flight and wanted to cancel our tickets. They directed us to AnadoluJet, stating they did not have the authority to cancel. We then contacted AnadoluJet with our cancellation request; they also said they couldn't cancel and directed us to their partner, THY. Despite sending multiple feedbacks to THY, they keep requesting additional documents to prolong the process. I have sent all the documents I have, which clearly show my daughter's condition. Due to the health issue we are experiencing, I request THY representatives to cancel my ticket and issue a refund as soon as possible.
