Seat Change Issue for Turkish Airlines Flight
On the night of November 10, I received a message regarding my flight on November 11, 2023. Due to an operational change, my seat number was changed along with my son's. I had paid for four seats. THY has moved us to a completely different area from my husband and other son. They said, 'You need to pay ₺59 to ₺118 again to sit with your son. There are empty seats in front of your husband and other son, buy those seats.' What about the ₺118 I had already paid for the seats you changed arbitrarily, THY? You are not refunding that amount.
