Turkish Airlines Ticket Issue and Lack of Support
On 04/11/2023, we had a scheduled flight with Turkish Airlines from Ankara to Dubai at 23:55 on Saturday. However, without our consent or request, Turkish Airlines unilaterally canceled our flight without informing us. We only found out by chance. We had hotel reservations and preparations for this trip. We were inconvenienced, and customer service said they would respond within two business days, but six days have passed without any update or information. Despite calling every day, they do not assist us or provide any information. The lack of attention from customer service has been very frustrating. Even intercity bus companies are more reliable than this.
Friends, the date is currently 20.02.2024, and I have won the right to compensation by filing a complaint with the necessary authorities. They still haven't paid my ticket amount and compensation. When I call, they say they will pay. I live in Aksaray, and I went to the Ankara Esenboğa sales office for this, but I couldn't get it.
