Turkish Airlines Flight Booking Date Confusion
On 29/12/2023, I booked a flight with Turkish Airlines. I entered the date as 29/12/2023 and chose the last flight at 00:15. However, I later discovered that my flight was actually scheduled for the previous night. As you can imagine, arranging transportation with the airline was difficult and there were no alternative travel options after the cancellation. We were left stranded. Our holiday plans were completely ruined. The accommodations, transportation, and services we arranged at our destination were all wasted, both financially and emotionally. We were in shock. The airline did not show any concern for our situation. We experienced the highest level of inconvenience. Firstly, if the ticket was for the previous day, why wasn't this clearly indicated during the booking process as the night of the 28th to the 29th? Why didn't I receive a message or reminder about my flight, as other airlines do? Seeing other people experiencing the same issue and no action being taken to resolve it is very disappointing. I urgently request that this issue be addressed directly, and I would like to see Turkish Airlines, a long-standing airline, value customer satisfaction. We will be monitoring the situation closely.
