Turkish Airlines Suspended My Ticket and Hasn’t Reissued It for Tomorrow’s Flight

The ticket I purchased 3 months ago was suspended by the system of THY. Even though it was confirmed by the representative that it was absolutely not my fault, I am still waiting for them to issue me another ticket for tomorrow. My flight is from Istanbul to Houston. I recently received a call saying that my new ticket had been issued and that I would receive an email shortly after the call. However, since I haven’t received any email, I called back, and now they are telling me that my ticket hasn’t been issued yet and that I need to wait for the department to call. Due to this situation, I will be contacting my lawyer to explore legal options.
