THY Ticket Issue: Paid but No Service Provided

I purchased a ticket from Turkish Airlines for a flight on July 13th at 20:40. I was informed that my ticket was deactivated due to a payment dispute. After consulting with my bank, I confirmed that there was no payment dispute and requested the cancellation of any existing disputes, which I documented. Despite sending this information to THY, I received negative responses. I have had over 30 conversations with customer service, each time being given different issues and essentially being stalled. The company did not assist me further. I created feedback as instructed, but it always resulted in negative outcomes. Even though I mentioned that my flight was 48 hours away, customer service informed me that my case was still pending. I called again 24 hours before my flight and stated that if my ticket was not activated 12 hours before the flight or at all, I would demand a full refund. However, I received a negative response just a short while ago. The response to my feedback is scheduled to come three days after my flight. My access to the service was effectively blocked. I requested the activation of my ticket to use my flight, but it was not done. Now, despite preventing me from using the flight, they are not refunding my money. They took the payment but did not provide the service. I am filing a complaint. If I do not receive a response, I will pursue all my legal rights.
