THY lost my ticket, and I had to purchase a new one for ₺12,500. I had two tickets for the Malta to Istanbul flight on January 12, 2024, evening. Despite boarding the plane with both tickets, I was not allowed to check in for the January 21, 2024, morning flight. They claimed there was an error indicating I did not use my outbound ticket on January 12. Despite repeatedly explaining that I was on the flight and calling eight times on the check-in day, I received no response. As a result, I had to buy a new ticket for ₺12,500 because I needed to be on this flight. I am extremely disappointed with THY for not responding and will share my experience on every platform. Attached are my boarding passes. If there is an issue with your system, it should not be my problem, but I am the one who had to unnecessarily spend an additional ₺12,500 and was left distressed. As a customer who takes at least 20 international flights a year, I am questioning the value your company places on its customers. My ticket numbers for the January 12 flight were 2352201489235 and 2353411390863. The complaint number I submitted to the THY system is TK-10216193, but I have not received any response.
