I purchased a ticket from Turkish Airlines, but without any notification, it was canceled by THY. No one is providing information on the reason. I went to the airport at 3:00 AM, and despite completing online check-in, they told me my ticket was canceled. I don't understand this irresponsibility and how it has caused so much trouble and inconvenience. My issue needs to be resolved. I trusted THY, but all my plans have been ruined. When I asked to buy a new ticket, they said there were no available seats.
