On February 12th, I purchased tickets for April 8th from the Turkish Airlines (THY) website. Due to urgent health issues, I had to put the tickets on hold. After buying the tickets, I received multiple messages informing me that they had established a new company called Ajet and would continue providing services through them. So far, so good. However, when I now try to use my tickets, they are shown as Ajet tickets and give an error. No one is able to help. They create feedback tickets and say they will get back to me, but no one does. Time is working against me; the price of the ticket I want to buy is increasing, and availability is decreasing. No one is helping. When I call Ajet, they say they can't process THY tickets. When I call THY, they say the ticket has been transferred to Ajet and the system is giving an error. They tell me to wait, and the response could be positive or negative. I have a ticket I bought and paid for, but I can't use it. It's quite frustrating that such a large, well-established company is essentially confiscating my money due to internal issues. If we can't even trust Turkish Airlines, it's a very sad situation.
