Turkish Airlines Seat Selection Issue
I purchased 3 tickets with seat selection (paying extra) for a flight on 26.03.2024 at 18:50 from Turkish Airlines in January. Due to a flight change, two of the seat selections I paid for were canceled. We were not informed about this and only realized the issue during check-in. Despite providing feedback on the matter, they mockingly informed us that the fee paid for seat selection would be refunded. They think the issue is just about a refund. I want to fly in the seat I paid for, not get a refund. It seems they haven't learned that their passengers are human beings and should be informed in advance in such situations. I hope after this complaint, they will address our grievance and learn to inform customers properly, acknowledging that they are human beings.
