Turkish Airlines Seat Service Complaint

Hello, I purchased a seat service from Turkish Airlines and I am not satisfied at all. During my Washington-Ankara trip, I bought a single seat according to the aircraft type, but when I boarded the plane, I found out that the aircraft type had changed and I had to travel in a three-seater instead of a single seat. I received no feedback regarding this change. Despite reporting this issue twice, I was given an irrelevant explanation that 'you traveled in the seat you purchased, we cannot refund'. Unfortunately, Turkish Airlines did not send me any email regarding the change in the aircraft type. If they had informed me via email, I would have canceled the seat purchase. I believe Turkish Airlines has been very weak in customer satisfaction recently. I think many customers like me have experienced the same issue. I am attaching a photo of the aircraft type when I bought the ticket and I kindly request Turkish Airlines officials to approach this issue with sensitivity and provide me with feedback.
