Turkish Airlines Ruined My Vacation, Flight Canceled and No Customer Support

Due to unplanned events, Turkish Airlines abruptly canceled my flight just one day before it was supposed to leave. It's the holidays, and there are no tickets available anywhere. I took my annual leave, and the worst part is that I can't even talk to a responsible person about the problem. I can't understand how a company like Turkish Airlines can be so unprofessional. I'm really curious to know what they mean by "unforeseen circumstances." I want them to give me a new ticket right away for the same place that my flight was supposed to go to on the day that it was canceled. They have no right to ruin my vacation, and I won't let them. Shame on you.
