Turkish Airlines Ticket Purchase Issue and Refund Request

While purchasing a ticket from Turkish Airlines, I accidentally selected a previously saved date. As a result, I ended up buying the ticket. Within 5 minutes, I called the Turkish Airlines Call Center. They advised me to provide feedback, which I did. However, they are now saying they won't refund my money. What kind of system is this? Where are Consumer Rights? Do these rights not apply to Turkish Airlines? Anywhere in the world, if such a mistake happens, a refund is issued. The response to my feedback was to change the ticket or use it for a destination I don't intend to go to. Why should I buy a ticket for a destination I don't want to go? This response made me question my surroundings. I am calling on the airline officials to resolve this issue and refund my money as soon as possible. Feedback record number: TK-10520977
