Where are Consumer Rights? Do these rights not apply to Turkish Airlines? Anywhere in the world, if such a mistake happens, a refund is issued. The response to my feedback was to change the ticket or use it for a destination I don't intend to go to. Why should I buy a ticket for a destination I don't want to go?
