Turkish Airlines Flight Rescheduling Issue with Ticket

Dear officials,
I would like to point out that the flight ticket sold to me was changed without any weather conditions. They make a plan and offer a suggestion. Like other passengers, I assumed that my flight, originally scheduled for 23:45, was moved to 00:10, thinking that a 25-minute difference would not be significant, so I approved. However, I later realized that the flight was moved 23 hours and 35 minutes earlier and accepted this new travel offer. When I checked my ticket again, I saw that a new ticket was assigned to me for only 3 hours later. As soon as I noticed, I called customer relations and despite my continuous objections for two and a half hours, no changes were made due to ticket change rights and rules.
I can't believe that Turkish Airlines cannot provide a one-way ticket to Cyprus. I am a victim and still haven't been able to reach an official who can understand my situation. This situation is really upsetting.
