Turkish Airlines TK2423 Flight Cancellation on April 14th from Antalya to Istanbul

Hello, we planned our holiday for the festival well in advance; we arranged our tickets, hotels, leave, and everything accordingly. Today, we received a message stating that our flight TK2423 from Antalya (AYT) to Istanbul (IST) on April 14th was canceled due to force majeure/operational reasons. As soon as I received the message, I tried to book a different flight on the same day, but all flights were fully booked due to the holiday return. The cancellation of a flight during the holiday period without adding an extra flight was very disappointing. We expect Turkish Airlines to resolve such issues without causing inconvenience to us; however, we are currently very inconvenienced. When I spoke to customer representative Ms. P******, she condescendingly said she couldn't help and that we should look for flights on April 13th or 15th. When I mentioned that I would lose the fee I paid to the hotel if I checked out early, her attitude remained the same. If I book a flight for April 15th, I will need to extend my hotel reservation; this will cost me additional hotel fees and, as I am an employee, result in a salary deduction for missing work. If we cannot return to Istanbul on Sunday, we expect compensation for the accommodation fee in Antalya and the lost wages for not being able to start work.
