I booked a holiday package through Turkish Airlines Holidays, and my flight tickets keep getting canceled without any explanation. The alternative flights they offer are on different dates than the canceled ones. Due to these cancellations, my 6-day holiday plan has been reduced to 4 days. They provide no justification and offer no assistance. They just say there are no available flights and dismiss the issue. When I made the reservation, the available flights were decreasing as the date approached, and they are putting the responsibility on me, causing me to suffer. This reservation for my honeymoon has turned into a nightmare. I wanted to plan one of the best vacations of my life through a reliable site, but it has been a terrible experience. Because of the flight changes, I will be staying at the hotel for only 4 days instead of 6.
