I missed my departure flight on May 15, 2025, and Turkish Airlines canceled my return ticket without asking me and without informing me. They did this without issuing a refund or providing any explanation. I was left in a very difficult situation abroad and had to purchase a new, very expensive ticket. In addition, the customer service representatives misled me and kept me on the phone for an extremely long time. I suffered both financial and emotional distress. Turkish Airlines shows no concern for its customers and acts with complete disregard. They still have not refunded the money for the ticket they canceled without my consent.
