Turkish Airlines Rescheduled My Flight and Provided Poor Customer Service
Today, with two Turkish Airlines tickets for our work-related trip, we arrived at the airport early in the morning, planning to travel at 9:15 AM in our private car. However, our flight got canceled, redirecting us to the next morning's flight, causing both financial loss and significant time waste. When I tried to leave feedback on the Turkish Airlines website, I received a 'We're unable to process your request at the moment' response. When I called customer service, I was told, 'Our systems are currently closed.' Flight canceled and zero customer assistance—it's an appalling experience. As a result of this ordeal, I vow to never purchase tickets from Anadolu Jet or Turkish Airlines again. The thought of experiencing today's time and financial loss again while heading to tomorrow's flight disturbs me. I can't fathom how Turkish Airlines has the right to handle this situation so carelessly.
