Yamaha Motorcycle Structural Defect and Warranty Complaint

When I took my motorcycle to the service center on September 15, 2026, I was told that the motorcycle had been involved in an accident, that the rear wheel had shifted toward the left, and that the damage required the shock absorbers, engine bracket, and engine mount bushings to be replaced. I clearly explained that the motorcycle had never been involved in an accident and that this misalignment had been present since the day I first purchased it. I also stated that I believed I had been sold a defective or faulty product. Despite this, they insisted that there must have been some damage inside the motorcycle and treated me in a disrespectful manner. If the motorcycle had actually been involved in an accident severe enough to cause the damage they described, I believe the entire right side of the motorcycle, not just the area underneath the fairings, should also show significant damage. I will provide photos of the motorcycle taken from different angles as attachments.

I am extremely dissatisfied both with the service center's attitude and with its attempt to place full responsibility for the problem on the user. I believe that my motorcycle, bearing license plate 34 R** 136, was defective when sold to me as a brand-new vehicle and that the structural misalignment was already present at the time of purchase. Although I requested that the motorcycle be replaced with a new one, or at the very least that the existing structural defect be acknowledged and my loss be remedied, I was dismissed by the service center with an indifferent “do whatever you want” attitude. I request that Yamaha Premium Motorlu Araçlar Limited Şirketi and the relevant service center review their handling of this matter, that the structural misalignment of my motorcycle be evaluated as a manufacturing or assembly defect, and that my grievance be resolved by replacing the motorcycle with a new one or carrying out all necessary repairs under warranty at no cost to me.
