Anadolu Jet and Turkish Airlines Ticket Cancellation Issue

I recently learned that the ticket I purchased for April 9th from Sabiha Gokcen to Adana with Anadolu Jet has been canceled today. Currently, I am unable to make any changes to the ticket. Since I bought it through Turkish Airlines, I contacted their customer service, but they only created a feedback report and did not take any further action. Additionally, my return ticket was initially for April 14th, but it was first postponed to April 15th and then to April 17th. The customer service mentioned that they couldn't make any changes to the ticket due to all flights being fully booked. When I tried to reach Anadolu Jet's customer service, the waiting time increased from 10 minutes to 36 minutes. Normally, I prefer not to fly with other airlines, but due to these unfavorable circumstances, I am considering not using them again. It is already difficult to find tickets before the holiday, and this is the first time I have encountered such a situation. The separation of Anadolu Jet and Turkish Airlines is definitely not something that can be planned and executed within a week. You need to consider that many people will be affected during this process. We purchase our tickets in advance, anticipating the holiday rush, and unfortunately, we face such issues.
