Bershka Next-Day Delivery Order Still Not Shipped After Four Days

I placed an order through the Bershka online store on September 14, 2026, and paid an additional 130 TL (approximately $3) for next-day delivery. Despite this, four days have passed and my order still has not been shipped. It remains listed as “Preparing” in the system, and I have seen no concrete progress regarding my order number 40309767607, which has a total value of 1,790 TL (approximately $37).

When I contacted customer service, they simply told me that they would send an email and that the issue was under review, without providing any clear information or solution. Paying an additional fee for expedited delivery and then experiencing this level of delay, followed by such an unhelpful response from customer service, has caused me significant inconvenience.

I request a refund of the expedited delivery fee I paid and that my order be shipped immediately and delivered to me without further delay. Otherwise, I request that the order be canceled and that the full amount I paid be refunded.
