Bosch Climate CL2000U Compressor Noise Problem and Warranty Complaint

2

I purchased a Bosch Climate CL2000U W53E 18.000 BTU air conditioner and after a while the outdoor unit started to operate with an excessively loud and disturbing noise. I contacted the authorized service in Bursa and was informed that there was a fault in the compressor and that it needed to be replaced. Since the product was brand new, I did not accept a part replacement and, after my efforts, the entire outdoor unit was replaced with a new one. The new outdoor unit coincided with the colder season, so I could not use it extensively. However, when I started to use the air conditioner this summer, the same disturbing noise problem reappeared. The service came again and, as expected, stated once more that there was a compressor fault. This time, however, they used the fact that the warranty period was about to expire as an excuse and informed me that they would not replace the unit and that they could only offer a compressor replacement. I would like to ask why the first device was replaced with a new one while the second device, which has the same fault, is now being pushed for a part replacement instead of a full unit change. I find it disappointing that Bosch does not seem to stand firmly behind its product in this situation. With just a little research, I learned that this Bosch air conditioner series is known to have compressor problems originating from the factory. I have a video clearly showing the noisy operation of the outdoor unit. I kindly request that my grievance be resolved urgently and that either a full refund be made or the device be completely replaced with a fault‑free new unit, instead of a simple part change. I also expect Bosch to take responsibility for this problematic series and to prevent other customers from being victimized, especially during the hot summer months.
