Refund Request for the Flight Cancellation by Turkish Airlines
My THY - Anadolu Jet flight from Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport was canceled. The canceled flight ticket was opened for changes. I selected a ticket thinking it should be between the same airports. However, the changed ticket was offered for another airport in the same city. Due to my busy schedule and panic, I didn't notice the details. I was traveling to Istanbul for business as a representative of a renowned automotive dealership in Trabzon.
I realized the issue when I arrived at the airport. When I requested support from customer service and counter staff, they told me there was nothing they could do.
You canceled my flight for optional reasons and caused me inconvenience. I had to purchase another ticket from a different airline. Our company has been working with you for years, and all our employees' flights are booked through your airline.
As a loyal and long-term customer, this treatment has truly disappointed us. I request a refund for the ticket and that future flight cancellations caused by your company be communicated at least a day in advance to avoid putting us under psychological pressure.
