Today, we embarked on a journey with Turkish Airlines, transferring from Antalya to Samsun via Istanbul. Turkish Airlines left us in a lurch and turned our day into a disaster. They arbitrarily canceled my connecting flight and rescheduled it for the next morning. My wife and I went through quite an ordeal. I suspect they managed everyone else's connections except mine, leaving me in distress. Furthermore, the staff at Istanbul Airport were of no help. They claimed our 20:50 flight was already boarded when, in reality, it was scheduled to depart at 21:08. It seems like they may have given my seat to someone else. I'm questioning their integrity. They show no concern for whether you have work the next day. Honestly, I would have been less exhausted if I had taken a bus. I couldn't even check-in for the morning flight, and they promised to call me back. I stayed up all night waiting. This experience has been a complete nightmare.
