Turkish Airlines Rejected Our Refund Request For Canceled Flight Ticket Due to Health Problem
Complaint: Due to a health problem, I had to cancel my daughter's Turkish Airlines Paris flight ticket with a medical report. Once she received clearance to fly, we requested a new flight urgently. Despite numerous calls to the customer service center, we were repeatedly told to wait for a callback. On the last evening, although there were seats available, we did not receive a callback. The customer service then booked a reservation and advised us to purchase a new ticket if we did not receive a response, promising a refund later. The next morning, three hours before the flight, the Turkish Airlines sales desk at Istanbul Airport confirmed the same, so we bought a new ticket. Now, Turkish Airlines is rejecting our refund request, stating that we have already flown. @Turkish Airlines
