I Missed Turkish Airlines Flight Due to Security Delays

I missed my April 22 flight from Trabzon to Istanbul and Istanbul to Toronto with Turkish Airlines. I know that I need to be at the airport two hours before the flight. I was only half an hour late and arrived at the airport around 09:30. One of my suitcases was requested to be checked three times. Despite telling the security personnel that I was about to miss my flight, they unnecessarily delayed me by opening and re-checking my suitcase, causing me to miss my flight. During this time, neither I nor my children heard any boarding calls. At the ticket sales point, I was told that I could still catch my flight when I arrived at the airport; however, since I missed my international flight, I had to buy a new ticket. When I wanted to file a complaint at Trabzon Airport, the security personnel said that the person responsible for taking complaints was not available and that he had guests in his office. He offered tea but said there was nothing he could do. He gave me a complaint number but said I needed to go to the Turkish Airlines manager. However, the manager was not in his office, and the employee in the adjacent office said, 'If he's here for two days, he's not here for three days.' When I called Turkish Airlines customer service, I couldn't find an authorized person to explain the situation to. I request that this issue be addressed and my grievance be resolved.
