I am writing to request clarification and a review of the permanent ban placed on my Free Fire account. My account details are as follows: My Free Fire UID is 9171752552, my in-game name is Adnan, and my account region is Pakistan. I play Free Fire on an Infinix Smart 10 device.

The ban notification appeared more than six months ago, and I have been unable to access my account ever since. The in-game notification only stated that my account had been banned without clearly explaining the reason.

I believe the ban may have been related to using a cheat once. I now understand that this was a serious mistake and a violation of the game's rules. I deeply regret my actions and sincerely ask for another chance. I have already uninstalled the game from my device, and I am fully committed to never using cheats, unfair tools, or unauthorized third-party applications again.
