Turkish Airlines Refused to Compensate Me for My Broken Luggage in Moscow


Hello, Based on your evaluation results, I understand that Turkish Airlines, which prides itself on being among the top airlines in the world, is avoiding paying the compensation it owes by making excuses. At the Moscow airport where I collected my luggage, there was no one available to take a report, and I could not even reach Turkish Airlines employees. The fact that you overlook your own shortcomings and make it so difficult for customers to receive compensation for damaged luggage, effectively making it impossible, reflects how little you value your customers. As an international customer, I condemn this situation and will do my best to avoid cooperating with Turkish Airlines again. I will also make it my duty to inform everyone I know about this experience so others can avoid similar issues. I hope everyone involved gets what they deserve.
