Turkish Airlines Damaged My Luggage and Refused to Compensate Despite Proof

During my recent flight with Turkish Airlines, my luggage was damaged, and they have declined to offer any compensation. I have submitted all the necessary documents, including photos of the damage and the official report, yet they still refuse to assist me. I carefully adhered to all the instructions provided, hoping for a reasonable outcome, yet my claim was rejected with the reasoning that my luggage could have been damaged prior to check-in. This response seemed dismissive and unjust, especially since I provided clear evidence of the damage and followed their entire claims process. I recommend that other travelers exercise caution and, whenever feasible, obtain a written confirmation from an airline representative indicating that their luggage is in good condition at the time of check-in. This experience has truly disappointed me with an airline I previously had faith in.
