Turkish Airlines Pet Reservation Issue on April 14th Flight

I booked my ticket months in advance for my April 14th flight and made a reservation for my cat. Later, due to the separation of Ajet and THY, my flight was rescheduled by Ajet. They did not inform me that the pet reservation would be canceled when the time changed. I found out by chance and immediately tried to rebook through customer service. First, I called THY employees, and they told me they couldn't handle this process and directed me to call Ajet. When I called Ajet, they said THY should handle it. I called THY back, and they told me they couldn't view the process at that moment but I could do it during check-in three days before the flight. I waited as they said and took my cat out of town. When I called again at the appropriate time, they told me the reservation couldn't be made on that date and should have been done earlier. Their employees were the ones who told me to wait, and because of them, I couldn't bring my cat with me despite making the reservation first. Moreover, they didn't even refund the canceled reservation fee. I have never seen such nonsense in my life. Because of them, I have been separated from my cat for months. I do not plan to use this company again unless absolutely necessary.
