Turkish Airlines and AnadoluJet Separation Caused Inconvenience
Turkish Airlines and AnadoluJet separated without informing their passengers, causing significant inconvenience for us. They presented the change in our flight as a simple schedule adjustment, but it turns out the airline had changed, and we were not notified. I am particularly affected because my ticket, purchased under Turkish Airlines with AnadoluJet, included a pet transportation service. However, with the transition to AnadoluJet, my pet service was canceled. When I call AnadoluJet, they direct me to Turkish Airlines, and Turkish Airlines claims they can't add pet transportation to my flight because their system doesn't process AnadoluJet flights. I have filled out two separate refund request forms, but they neither cancel my ticket nor refund my money without deductions, preventing me from purchasing a new ticket with pet transportation service. I am at a loss. I can't add my cat to the flight, nor can I get my money back. There was no information about such a separation when selling the ticket. I can't believe how amateurishly they handled this company separation.
