Turkish Airlines Denied Boarding for My Pets and Refused Refund

THY caused me significant inconvenience by not allowing one of my pets on the plane, forcing me to pay an additional ₺1500 for the next flight. I had 5 cats in total: 4 kittens and their mother. The mother was microchipped, and I had obtained a veterinary approval certificate for the kittens. I spoke with customer service 2-3 times, and they assured me that I could bring all of them, with 2 kittens in each carrier and the mother alone, and travel with the approval certificate. To be sure, I called twice more for confirmation.
Finally, I went to Ordu-Giresun Airport to confirm and purchase the ticket. I explained the situation to the THY employee, stating that I would buy the ticket if they could accommodate my 5 pets. After consulting with someone, they confirmed it was possible. I asked 2-3 more times, and upon receiving a 'yes,' I purchased the tickets. I was informed that 3 of the pets could travel in the cabin, and I paid the fees a week in advance. However, on the day of the flight, despite arriving 2.5 hours early, I was told that we might not be allowed to board. They took my number, promising to inform me, but never called. Just 25 minutes before the flight, as we were about to board, they told us we couldn't bring the pets and denied us boarding.
I had to send my friends and 4 kittens ahead. I was left alone at the airport with my luggage. Additionally, they told me the earliest flight was in the evening and that I had to pay extra for it. They mentioned I could provide feedback later. I had no choice but to accept and paid ₺1500 for a new ticket. Upon my return, they blamed me and refused to refund my money, despite being at fault. I am currently seeking justice for my situation.
Since they feel secure, they make decisions without proper investigation. I am left distressed and will no longer use THY. I demand a refund for my ticket and the ₺750 I paid for the 3 pets a week in advance. If they were not at fault, why did they charge me for 3 pets a week earlier? I traveled 1.5 hours to avoid any issues, yet I was still inconvenienced.
