Turkish Airlines - No Meal Provided for My Baby, Extra Legroom Seat Issue

On April 7th, we purchased extra legroom seats for our Ankara-Miami flight to travel comfortably with our 22-month-old baby. We paid an additional fee for this. However, upon boarding, we were informed that they could not provide a bassinet because our baby weighs over 11 kilograms. I had specifically chosen the extra legroom seats with the information that bassinets would be provided for passengers under 2 years old. Additionally, I had pre-ordered a meal for my baby before the flight. But no meal was provided for my baby on the plane. A fellow passenger gave up their meal for my baby. I don't understand how Turkish Airlines can allow such a situation. We are guests. If I am paying extra for legroom and my baby is not provided a bassinet, I want a refund for the amount I paid. Unfortunately, the quality of Turkish Airlines has declined. Don't turn your journey into a hassle by choosing another airline.
