95I booked a ticket for the Bodrum-Rize flight (via Istanbul) on October 6th, and although seat numbers were assigned beforehand, I received an email a day before the flight stating my 2-year-old baby had been moved to a different seat, away from the mother. When I called Turkish Airlines customer service, I asked how a baby could fly separately from their parent. The representative simply said they couldn't help and advised not to check-in until arriving at the airport. I also asked if my ticket could be sold if I didn’t check in, and again, they had no clear answer. It's shocking that THY would separate a baby from the mother and offer no real assistance. This situation is unacceptable, and I need a resolution immediately.
