Turkish Airlines Check-in Issue and Resolution Request for Bodrum-Milas/Istanbul Flight
My husband purchased tickets for himself, his mother, and our one-year-old daughter for the Turkish Airlines Bodrum-Milas/Istanbul flight on 10.02.2024 with PNR code VB8LBI. During the check-in process, the app did not clearly indicate the 'add baby' option, resulting in an extra infant passenger being mistakenly added. We contacted customer service multiple times and sent emails to cancel this, but despite all our efforts, we learned that our ticket was put on hold. On top of this inconvenience, we had to repurchase the previously bought ticket by paying an additional ₺3,500. All that was needed was to cancel an extra infant passenger. There is no such option on Turkish Airlines' website, and customer service could not resolve the issue. We request compensation for the inconvenience caused and a refund of the extra amount paid.
