Turkish Airlines Canceled My Pre-Selected Seats Without Notice
I booked my Turkish Airlines ticket two months ago and used the early seat selection option, choosing front-row seats due to traveling with a baby. However, due to a schedule change, my pre-selected seats were canceled without any notification. When I discovered this, I was told I would need to pay an additional fee to select my original seats again. Despite being a passenger traveling with a baby, the most suitable seat offered was in row 21.
I specifically chose front-row seats two months in advance because of my previous experience where my child became uncomfortable during the flight. Despite filling out a feedback form and contacting customer service, my issue remains unresolved. Now, I am forced to fly in the seats that have been assigned to me without my consent.
