Turkish Airlines Lost My Bags a Month Ago and Has Not Provided Any Updates
For nearly a month, I’ve been waiting for updates about my two lost bags, but there has been no progress. Turkish Airlines staff seem uninterested in resolving the issue, and the lack of proper communication has left me feeling ignored. It’s baffling that such a globally recognized airline, with systematic counters and extensive camera systems at the airport, cannot resolve this matter efficiently. Each passing day without a resolution adds to my growing concern. I kindly request Turkish Airlines to take this matter seriously and provide the necessary support to locate my bags as soon as possible. This experience has shaken my trust in the company, and I hope to see a swift resolution to restore my confidence in their service.
