Damaged and Delayed Baggage on 23-Hour Turkish Airlines Flight – Requesting Full Refund




On November 4, I took a 23-hour Turkish Airlines flight from Turkey to the United States, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. After the long journey, my baggage arrived severely damaged and was delayed by an entire day. Being abroad, I couldn’t call customer service, so I reached out through WhatsApp and video call, requesting a callback. Despite my efforts, I received no response from Turkish Airlines. This lack of support is unacceptable for such a costly flight experience. I’m now requesting a full refund of the $1,190 I paid for the ticket and the $412 extra baggage fee to compensate for the damage and inconvenience. I urge Turkish Airlines to handle this matter promptly and fairly.
