Turkish Airlines Missing Luggage and Incorrect Bag Delivery

On February 7th, THY's Istanbul-Elazig flight experienced three delays, resulting in all passengers' luggage being left in Istanbul. Consequently, passengers could only access their luggage 36 hours later. In this situation, another passenger's luggage was mistakenly handed to me. I objected, stating 'This is not mine,' and returned it. I am curious about what is happening at THY. I appeal to the management: Was my luggage also given to another passenger while trying to give someone else's luggage to me? What kind of system and management is this? Despite our complaints, why is there any response? Is there no accountability when at fault? Are there no competent senior managers? In such a situation, shouldn't the grievances of hundreds of people at least be addressed with an apology?
