Turkish Airlines Denied Me to Board 35 Minutes Before Departure
Hello, on Monday, January 1st, we had a flight from Antalya Airport to Istanbul at 20:00. However, we were informed that we could not board the plane because the system had closed 45 minutes earlier. We were at the airport 35 minutes before the flight, ready to board, and I requested to board without our luggage. But we were strictly denied. This has happened to me before, and I was allowed to board without such a long wait. I ask you, couldn't you have let us board 35 minutes before departure? You couldn't because you sold my tickets. It was the New Year return rush, and you thought this customer was late, so you put my ticket up for online sale. Should I be upset that I couldn't return the same day, that I had to go to Sabiha Gokcen the next day, or that you charged me extra? Shame on you, I absolutely do not forgive you. We had a full 35 minutes, I said leave the luggage and just let us board, I work in the private sector. Your rules are sometimes meaningless. Initiative could have been taken, we don't earn that money easily, dear #THY.
