Turkish Airlines Missed Flight Issue Due to Delay at Istanbul Airport

Our problems with Turkish Airlines seem never-ending. On June 27, we had a Madrid-Istanbul flight with a connection to Istanbul-Denizli. As usual, the plane landed later than scheduled. We rushed from international to domestic terminals, luggage in hand and drenched in sweat, only to find they had closed the gate, preventing us from boarding our connecting flight. Once again, we were stranded at the airport due to circumstances beyond our control. We've experienced this before. Surprisingly, Turkish Airlines, an airline we've always been proud of, apparently lacks staff at Istanbul Airport to resolve such situations. We were told to solve the issue by calling customer service. We've been traveling for 20 hours and are now waiting for the next flight, stuck in chairs because of Turkish Airlines' poor service. It's worth noting that other airlines like Pegasus and Sunexpress have staff available to assist in such situations.
