Turkish Airlines Lost My Luggage and Caused Multiple Inconveniences

Despite purchasing a ticket for the direct flight TK 0056 scheduled to depart on April 27 at 01:50, I couldn't board the plane due to overbooking by Turkish Airlines. I had to stay in Turkey for another night waiting for the next flight. I arrived in Malaysia on April 27 at 15:50 with flight TK0062. At around 03:30 in the morning, I was transferred to a Batik Air flight arranged by Turkish Airlines. My boarding pass was changed by the airline, and I went to the information desk with an attendant to inquire about my luggage. I was informed that my luggage was loaded onto the plane. I had handed over my luggage to Turkish Airlines in Turkey and had not seen it since. I was told my luggage would be transferred to Jakarta with the flight I boarded; however, upon arriving in Jakarta, my luggage did not arrive, and its whereabouts are unknown. I am currently in Jakarta and need to travel to another island by plane tomorrow; my ticket is already purchased. I have no clothes with me, and I do not speak Indonesian. No one here is helping, and Turkish Airlines is not assisting either. I am being told that the airline I flew with will help, but they are also not interested. My ticket was purchased from Turkish Airlines, and it was supposed to be a direct flight. Turkish Airlines is responsible for making me take a connecting flight and for not helping when my luggage was lost. I urgently want Turkish Airlines to contact the relevant company and find my luggage. I am alone in a country I do not know. I have suffered many material and emotional losses and am in a very bad psychological state. I am told that the process could take 7 to 21 days. I inform you that I will use all my legal rights regarding the matter and initiate the necessary legal procedures related to the process. I had to take a connecting flight to avoid my ticket from Jakarta to Balikpapan, worth ₺6,000, from being wasted. My luggage contained not only valuable items but also mostly toys, clothes, personal belongings, and gifts, including chocolates, that I had bought for my 5-year-old daughter and family members. Therefore, I request that my luggage be found and delivered to me as soon as possible. I cannot leave Jakarta until my luggage is found. I will not be able to board the other plane due to the loss of my luggage, and I cannot disappoint my child by going empty-handed. I have been inconvenienced twice on the same flight by Turkish Airlines. I demand that camera footage be reviewed and my luggage be found as soon as possible.
