On April 14th, my spouse's baggage, registered under their name, was lost due to a mix-up while traveling from Buenos Aires to Istanbul Airport on Turkish Airlines flight TK 16. The baggage was mistakenly swapped with another bag of the same design, and the other passenger took my spouse's bag, leaving their own at the airport.
Following this unfortunate incident, it is disappointing that neither the airport staff nor Turkish Airlines customer service has addressed our issue or provided the necessary assistance. My spouse, being a foreign national and not fluent in Turkish, is facing significant communication challenges. This situation underscores the importance of your help and dedication.
