Turkish Airlines Lost My Daughter's Bag on Her First Solo Trip Abroad
I purchased an expensive ticket from Turkish Airlines, known for its reliability, only to face a major issue. During my daughter's first solo trip abroad at the age of 18, her luggage got lost. We filed a missing baggage report immediately and waited in hopes of its recovery. However, we have received no updates or clear explanations about the whereabouts of her luggage. Without her belongings and medications at her destination, she has been greatly distressed. Unfortunately, we couldn't express how crucial this situation is to anyone. I'm unsure how Turkish Airlines, one of the world's largest airlines, can compensate for this inconvenience.
