Turkish Airlines Lost My Luggage on Flight TK 2444

On the TK 2444 flight from Istanbul Airport to Antalya Airport, Turkish Airlines lost my luggage. When I approached the lost and found office, they informed me that my luggage would be sent on a flight arriving at Antalya Airport at 17:00. Although they mentioned they could send my luggage to my home if necessary, I decided to wait and pick it up myself because I don't trust them. How can I trust them? I paid a significant amount for this flight, and my luggage gets lost and sent to different locations. When I called the Turkish Airlines complaint department, they said they couldn't provide any information and that I needed to speak with the airport units. Not only did I miss the vehicle I had arranged to take me home, but I was also left waiting at the airport for hours. Despite charging much more than other companies, their irresponsible behavior has caused me both financial and emotional distress. I urgently request a response and demand compensation for the damages I have suffered. I hope your highly praised institution lives up to its reputation.
