Turkish Airlines Lost My Baggage on Kayseri to Australia Flight
My luggage was lost on my connecting flight from Kayseri to Australia. Initially, my flight was scheduled for 11.08.23 at 22:20. However, due to the cancellation of my Kayseri to Istanbul flight, we could only find a ticket for 14.08.23. First, my 22:20 Kayseri to Istanbul connecting flight departed at midnight. For my Istanbul to Kuala Lumpur flight, I had a 1-hour layover, but since the flight departed late, I barely made it to the last call. Later, during the Istanbul to Kuala Lumpur flight, I informed the attendants that I didn't have a blanket, and they told me there were none left. How can there be no blankets on a flight with a known number of passengers? I flew for 11 hours freezing. I thought this might happen sometimes on flights, but now my luggage is missing at Melbourne airport. The staff informed me that Turkish Airlines did not load my baggage onto the Malaysia Airlines flight and that it remained in Istanbul. I came here for vacation, and my luggage is lost. I regret choosing your airline so much. I want this issue resolved as soon as possible.
