Etsy Account Shows a Charge I Never Owed

Even though I have never listed any products for sale on Etsy and have never actively used my account, as of June 11, 2026, my account shows an unexplained balance of approximately $11 that I supposedly owe. Because of this unexpected charge, I am unable to close my account.

I have tried to contact Etsy support, but I have been unable to reach customer service or speak with anyone who can help. I cannot find any explanation for why this balance exists, and I am also unable to close my account without resolving it first.

I am requesting that Etsy remove this unexplained charge from my account, since I have never sold or listed any products, and permanently close my account without any further issues.
